Starting March 3, 2025, Logz.io will introduce tailored support packages to better serve our customers. These packages are designed to provide the right level of insights, expertise, and resources to meet your evolving needs and help you accelerate your observability journey.

To ensure your team is equipped with the support it needs, here is an overview of the services available in your support package:

View your current support plan

You can review your current support plan with Logz.io by logging into your account and navigating to Settings > Plans and Usage.

Plan and usage

If you're interested in a different support tier, you can update your plan within the app by visiting the Plans and Billing page. Your Logz.io plan can include any combination of Logz.io products (logs, metrics, traces, SIEM) and can be structured as either a monthly or an annual plan.
